Delete account

Curvinha has no sign-up: the account is anonymous, tied to a random app identifier, on iPhone or Android. This page says how to delete that account and your data.

In the app

Open Profile > Privacy and tap Delete my data. It deletes your rooms, scans and choices from this device, and what was kept on our server, scans included, along with the account. This can't be undone.

Without the app

Write to privacidade@curvinha.app from any email address asking for deletion. Since there is no sign-up, send something that ties you to the data, like the date of the scan or the purchase number. We confirm the request and delete.

What stays

• Purchase records. The record of each purchase (transaction number, product, amount, currency and day) stays on our server, with no link to the account, for as long as tax law requires. The Home subscription and the Life plan come back with Restore purchases. Rooms you bought, used or not, don't come back.
• Records without the account. Events already sent to PostHog, See in store clicks and the cost of AI calls hold only the app's random identifier, not the account, and follow the periods in the privacy policy. When you delete, the app replaces that identifier, so nothing new is tied to the old one.
• Backups. Deleted data may remain in backups made before deletion. Daily copies expire after 30 days and monthly copies after 365 days.
• AppsFlyer. Deleting your data in the app pauses the AppsFlyer SDK. Deleting what AppsFlyer already received goes through AppsFlyer's own procedure.
